By placing an order at Malaika Cotton’s shop, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these Terms & Conditions that shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Malaika Cottons shop for the sale and supply of any products. None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
 

PRICES, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

We ship almost daily! so delivery is often within 2-3 days! Its good to email us on hello@malaikacotton.com or indicate in your order if you need it to be extra speedy!

Our prices include VAT according to Swedish regulations. All amounts are in Swedish Kronor (SEK).

Payment is made with VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or PayPal. All products remain Malaika Cotton’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.


SHIPPING

- Within Sweden: DHL 79 SEK up to 5 kiloss of fabrics

-  Within Sweden:  DHL 99 SEK 6-10 kilos of fabrics

-  Within the Nordic countries: UPS 160 SEK up to 3 kilos of fabrics

 - To other countries within the EU: UPS 300 SEK up to 3 kilos of fabrics

- For our customers with a possibility to pick up their Malaika Cotton products in Stockholm,  we also offer pick up service on booked appointments,. You'll find all the information you need before checking out for payment.


POINT OF DELIVERY

Within Sweden: We ship almost daily - so delivery is often within 2-4 days. Its good to email us on hello@malaikacotton.com or indicate in your order if you need it to be extra speedy!
Your package will be delivered to the nearest point of delivery service used by DHL and Posten located closest to the address you have registered in our system. You’ll be notified regarding where and when to pick up your package, normally 1-4 days after we have handled your order.



Within the EU: We ship almost daily. Your package will be delivered during office hours to the address registered in our database.  It’s important that you register an address where you or someone else can receive and sign off the delivery during standard office hours, normally 9 am to 5 pm, normally 2-4 days after we have handled your order. There will be no notification prior to the delivery.

 

RETURNS

Our products can alter in color or form. We think this is part of the beauty, however you can, for any reason, return the products within 14 days of delivery. It is important that you contact us at hello@malaikacotton.com before returning any items. The products must be in new condition.   At the complaint, you contact us and give us information relevant and the reason for the complaint. The customer pays the shipping cost for the return and is responsible for making sure that the goods do not get damaged or lost in the post. The refund is made when the product has been received and the return has been approved by us.


 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by us as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Malaika Cottons shop and will not be shared with other third parties. You always have the right to request Maliak Cotton to delete or correct the information held about you.


FORCE MAJEUR
Events outside Malaika Cotton’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Malaika Cotton Shop is released from Malaika Cotton Shop's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
