Upon purchase from the Website, You enter into an agreement with Malaika Cotton/ Fabrics that Gossip AB (“Malaika Cotton/ Fabrics that Gossip” or “We”). By using the Website and by placing orders through the Website, You accept these Terms. As the Terms may be updated from time to time, We recommend that You check these Terms regularly to take notice of any changes to the Terms We may have made. Malaika Cotton/ Fabrics that Gossip retains the right to at any time amend these Terms without prior notice. The Terms available at the Website at the time of Your purchase will be applied to Your purchase. Should the Terms be amended after the placing of Your purchase order, the Terms available on the Website at the time of Your order will thus apply through the entire purchase process.
1.2 In order to shop at the Website You must be at least 18 years of age, and You may not shop at the Website if You are currently under guardianship..
1.3 Please note that We only accept orders from private consumers, and that consequently You are not allowed to place orders for, or on behalf of, a company or other types of businesses. Should You want to place an order as a non-consumer, please contact us through the contact information available on the Website or under section 10 below.
1.4 Please note that the Website may display items not currently available for purchase due to e.g. shortage of stock. Please also note that errors pertaining to information contained in pictures or texts on the Website may occur, e.g. erroneous product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect pricing or incorrect information about product availability. We retain the right to change and amend the information provided on the Website at any time to correct such errors, as well as to change and update any other information appearing on the Website. If You have ordered a product for which the price was incorrectly stated on the Website, We will notify You and await Your consent before proceeding with the purchase order. All information contained in pictures on the Website is to be regarded solely as illustrations and may as such not correctly represent the exact appearance of the product, with respect to e.g. color, fit and function.
Prices, payments and shipping
All orders are processed the same day if made before 11 am and delivery is often within 1-2 days later! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or indicate in your order if you need it to be extra speedy! Our prices include VAT according to Swedish regulations. All amounts are originally in Swedish Kronor (SEK). Payment is made with VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Klarna. All products remain Malaika Cotton’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Point of delivery
Within Sweden: Your package will be delivered to the point of delivery service used by DHL / Post Nord located closest to the address you have registered in our system. You’ll be notified regarding where and when to pick up your package, normally 1-2 days after we have handled your order.
The rest of the world: Your package will be delivered during office hours to the address registered in our database. It’s important that you register an address where you or someone else can receive and sign off the delivery during standard office hours, normally 9 am to 5 pm, normally 2-4 days after we have handled your order. There will be no notification prior to the delivery.
Delivery charges DO NOT cover any eventual import costs for non EU countries.
Our return policy
Our products can alter in color or form. We think this is part of the beauty. However, you can for any reason return the products within 30 days of delivery. During Christmas season we have an extended return policy. Any item purchased during November and December can be returned by January 15th. It is important that you contact us at email@example.com before returning any items. The products must be in new condition. At the complaint, contact us and give us the relevant information and the reason for the complaint. You as a customer pay the shipping cost for the return and are responsible for making sure that the goods do not get damaged or lost in the post. The refund is made when the product has been received and the return has been approved by us.
RETURN ON FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
For returns / exchanges on purchases with FREE SHIPPING, the cost for the original shipping will be deducted once we make the return of funds.
